Argumentative Essay on Human Trafficking

Human Trafficking is one of the three major criminal industries that exploit victims through slavery, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and forced labor. The victim is often legally transferred to another country for the benefit of the victims. Slavery has evolved into a modern type of human trafficking. When people hear the word ‘slavery,’ it is sad for many people who find themselves bought and sold as objects and not treated with dignity. Human trafficking is like slavery because of the same way of transporting against their will to another country for the benefit of others. It includes not only women but also men and children. However, it is well known for trafficking women. These victims are often kidnapped, raped, or even sent away to be used as sex slaves. When these victims are taken, extreme violence is the same concept. When used as sex slaves, traffickers physically abuse their victims physically and emotionally to undermine their self-esteem, dignity, and self-esteem.

Sexual trafficking is a global problem and a global problem that people need to be aware of daily. When we see young women and girls on the street, we sometimes turn our backs and think they do it because they want to. However, we do not take time to think about what they would do if forced to do so. No one knows the value and growth of the industry, but it is illegal to smuggle, a prominent criminal sector. However, many people believe that human trafficking can occur only in poorer areas, which may not be possible anywhere.

Many young women or girls are lured into smuggling job offers because of a lack of opportunities in their home country. Economic hardships and political changes have made the economy poorer and more challenging conditions that leave nothing to these people but accept any options from anyone that include being paid. When these women take their promise and get where they are going, they are deceived by the people and get the actual work they are expected to do. Once they are forced to work as sex slaves, it becomes difficult for the victims to escape the psychological violence used by these traffickers to feed their victims. Criminals recognize that trafficking in humans is safer and more profitable than drug trafficking. The Internet includes excerpts from author Julian Sher’s book Somebody’s Daugther, in which he quotes an FBI agent. An FBI agent states, “The sex trade is a new drug trade.” If you are selling people, it shows a negligible risk, but selling drugs requires the criminal to take significant risks by trying not to get caught or lose his product. However, it does not need to lose their “purchase” because these victims believe they are going somewhere with a bright future or because they end up in a traumatic situation. It becomes dangerous for these victims to escape.

N.M. Sajjadul Hoque, author of the book “Female Child Trafficking from Bangladesh: A New Form of Slavery,” does not mention that young adults are forced into slavery; young children are also sold as sex slaves. In this article, she explains how Human Trafficking became a form of slavery used by young women to sell themselves to men. However, child trafficking was a NEW form of slavery and became a reality in Bangladesh. Child trafficking should be used worldwide and in India, Pakistan, Malaysia, and other developing countries in the Middle East. In these countries, child trafficking has increased dramatically. Nearly thousands of young children have been trafficked abroad each year. As these children move to a new area where they have to adjust to a new lifestyle, unique personality traits quickly emerge because they are forced to adapt. The children rely on their trafficker, who provides them with food, clothing, and housing. No matter what the traffickers want to do, the children do it to find a place to live. Selected girls are trafficked and set aside by their hotel owners for sale. In ancient history, a merchant would appeal to his wealthy clients by presenting his complete product. Children of women enter a new culture similar to the culture of slavery.

Not only are young women and girls considered victims, but children are also exploited as sex slaves. According to Paul Abramson, a UCLA professor and authority on sexuality, men believe that when a girl is younger, she will earn more money, and more ‘customers’ will want her as a buyer. The United Nations International Children’s Educations Fund (UNICEF) estimates that each year about 1 million children are forced into prostitution and that they are required to have sex with at least 30 men, with a maximum age of five years. There is a term called child sex tourism, where one goes to another country to have sex with young children. These sexually active children are believed to be helping children financially. They can support themselves with the money they earn from their ‘customers .’ they can support themselves.

Social work has been one of the most effective ways of preventing human trafficking. It takes different approaches to deal with human trafficking. It participates in social and political activities to raise awareness of the resources needed to meet basic human needs. Although victims live this way, they often experience health problems such as HIV / AIDS, physical abuse, chemical intoxication, fatigue, and more. They are trying to rehabilitate a victim who has been involved in human trafficking.

Some people do not know that slavery exists to this day. Many people believe it happened decades ago when African Americans were taken into slavery; however, it is modern-day slavery when African Americans are enslaved. Still, people of all races are forced to become slaves. There are many types of slavery, and human trafficking is one form of modern slavery. Although most people are aware that this issue is going on worldwide, not many people take the opportunity to prevent this problem. Some people do not even know that young children as young as five years old are considered sex slaves. We think sex slaves happen to older women, and they never think children are taken to be them. It is essential to address this issue and show people how the industry turns this ugly and disgusting society into a reality.
