Sir,

It is very shocking and strange on your part that the latest consignment of the biscuits received from you is of the worst quality. The weight per packet is much less than the printed one. The material used in their preparation does not possess requisite proteins, minerals, and salts. Some of the packets emit out a foul smell and there is every likelihood of treating out any disease if served them upon the students.

In addition to this, the biscuits are so thin that they start bristling out even on touching them. Some packets have broken pieces. It looks that your servants are quite ignorant in packing the best quality material. The Principal and hygiene are requested to send your worker with the best quality the best so that we can maintain goodwill and standard of supplying the quality products.
