Sir,

My family has recently shifted to Sanmati group housing society from a posh colony in south Delhi. I was under the dilemma that Dwaraka would be a heavenly place like lord Krishna’s Dwaraka. My dreams have been shattered after I have shifted here. I am stunned to surrounded by a host of problems/issues haunting the people day and night. There are no guards to check the entry of visitors at the main gate. The surrounding wall is quite low. It gives easy entry to criminals. The water supplied to society is saltish and polluted. There is no generator to replace the electric light which fails frequently. The life of the senior citizens and the other lonely people, especially women are quite unsafe and fraught with danger. There is no life operator which causes occasional trouble to the residents. There is no elected body to listen to the grievances of the residents and rectify them.
