Books add a lot to our knowledge. They are our best friends. School libraries are necessary for schools. The school library has books on different subjects. So each school must have a library.
The library of my school is very big. It is in the big hall, it is divided into four sections. In these sections, there are many almirahs. In one section there are books on Science and Mathematics. The third section has art books. The fourth section is like a reading room. In this section, there is a long table. There are forty chairs around this table. In each period, students of different classes come here, sit on the chairs, and read according to their tastes.
The librarian issues cards to the students. He issues books to the students on their cards. The books are issued for two weeks. The students are fined if they do not return the book on time.
The library walls have been decorated with charts. KEEP SILENCE has been written on the wall notice board. The library gives us training in sitting quietly with books. The school librarian is trained and experienced. He also helps us in finding books about their needs. He tells the students how to keep books in good our school library neat and clean.
