Consequently, there is filth and garbage even on the staircases. During rains, the subway changes into a pool of stagnant water. The guards provide night shelter to corrupt persons and make foul money.
Kindly take necessary measures to improve their condition. See that a sweeper and a security guard are engaged for every subway to look after their regular cleanliness and proper supervision.
