Sir,

I may remind you that a color T.V. Set of 14 inches (Samsung Brand) was purchased from your show-room vide cash memo No. 215 dated 15^th November. While purchased the set your recommendations were well adhered to as you went on praising the quality, stability, and functioning till the month of May it gave a satisfactory service but soon, it has ceased functioning and constant trouble and tension to the entire family. The pictures get hazy in between and the voice gets increased to very high frequency. Most often dots and small lines appear on the screen and it flickers and the image lacks color brightness. The color T.V. becomes black and white and starts producing on flickers and irritation sound.

On your advice, your mechanic visited the house and tries to repair the defect but he could not do the needful. He promised to send the new set but a week has elapsed and nothing has been heard from Hoping for immediate replacement.
